HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER? 

Simply choose your style on the product page, then click the “Add To Cart” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order. 

We’ll prepare your order and let you know when it's on its way!

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours 

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make and we’ll confirm once the modification has been made. Please note that any orders that have already been produced or shipped cannot be modified or canceled.

WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

If you cannot see your confirmation email, first check your spam folder in case it has been sent there instead of your Inbox folder.

DO YOU DELIVER PRODUCTS INTERNATIONALLY?

We successfully ships many products worldwide each day.

HOW DO I RECEIVE MULTIPLE ITEM ORDERS??

If you order several products, each one will be sent in a separate package (in most cases).

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

We typically ship all orders within 2-5 business days. For international orders, transit will take an additional 1 to 2 weeks.

MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING.

Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier's system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact the shipping carrier.

I NEED HELP WITH A LATE ORDER.

Orders from our store typically ship within 2 to 5 business days. For international orders, transit will take an additional 1 to 2 weeks.

If your order has not arrived after 10 business days (domestic) and 20 business days (international), please contact us for timely support.

When will my card be charged?
